Wedding. Bloom Lake Barn. Minnesota

Most of my weddings come through personal referrals, so whenever I get contacted by a couple from out of state, I am always a little nervous. While Zak is originally from Austin, Minnesota; Erin is from Kansas City. They met at the University of Kansas and were living in Boston when they reached out to me to photograph their rustic chic wedding at Bloom Lake Barn. The wedding, and more importantly Erin and Zak, did not disappoint. Their wedding was filled with genuine moments between family and friends throughout the day, and into the evening. Their attention to the smallest details of décor did not disappoint either. Bloom Lake has become one of my favorite venues, not so much for its fully-restored barn or the endless array of breath-taking locations on its property to shoot or its ability to offer gorgeous outdoor and indoor options for ceremony and reception; but rather Bloom Lake Barn is a labor of love for owners Adam & Monique. You can find a touch of love in every nook and detail of this amazing Shafer, Minnesota venue.
